There is no limitation in how the players are grouped and the partsdistributed – this can be done according to the nature of the occasion – from the smallest combination (vocal soloist and instrumental soloist with piano accompaniment), to a medium-sized group (church choir with a single instrument and piano accompaniment), extending to combined choirs with instrumentalists and piano accompaniment for four hands.
獻唱及演奏者的組合及樂譜的分配完全沒有限制，可視乎場合性質，由最小型組合 (獨唱及獨奏，配以鋼琴伴奏) 至中型組合（教會詩班，配以單一樂器及鋼琴演奏），擴大至聯合詩班，配以樂器演奏，並以鋼琴四手聯彈伴奏也可以。
