Liken to our physical parents, teaching and helping us to walk from young. His guiding hand aids our every step until we reach the heavenly home. The warm and mellow sound of the cello reminds us that despite we may encounter weakness and helpless moments in life, we must keep hold of our faith, hope and love until we receive the eternal crown that our Lord Jesus has prepared for us

Hallelujah, Praise the Lord! Had another chance to add another to instrumental series. Arrangement of hymn 416 Are Ye Able for violin solo with piano accompaniment. It is a short hymn with only two verses composed by an American Harry S. Mason (1881-1964). In order for us to become a precious vessel use by Lord Jesus, we should strife to be faithful and loyal. A beacon shines forth for the Lord Jesus in our daily life.

Hallelujah, Praise the Lord! Another arrangement for six hands one piano – hymn 286 The Gospel Bells. . Thirty fingers ringing the gospel bells, praising and proclaiming the salvation gospel of God. As the hymn suggests, we should all come together, lift our voices and spread this wonderful message of our Lord Jesus far and wide to all nations.

Thanks the Lord! Has some spare time to add another arrangement to the list – Hymn 379 Turn Your Eyes upon Jesus for flute Solo and piano accompaniment.

In our weary and troubled life, there is always a light for us to look at and follow. Believe Jesus’ Word and His promised and all will be well. In fact, there is none other than Jesus our Lord that we can turn to for help and comfort. This hymn does give enlightenment and comfort to us all.

Hallelujah, Praise the Lord! Hymn 224 Search Me, O God for piano six hands was arranged for two twin sisters who come for piano lessons with me. Thirty small and big fingers fit well onto the piano to sing praises to our heavenly Father.

Search me, O God, and know my heart;
Try me, and know my anxieties;
And see if there is any wicked way in me,
And lead me in the way everlasting.

(Psalms 139:23-24)

Hallelujah, Praise the Lord! Second instalment for the new Instrumental Series > Hymn 343. Love lifted Me arranged for Clarinet Solo and Piano Accompaniment.

We were once deep in sin and far from God, yet the mercy and love of our Lord Jesus saved and lifted us from sinking any further, giving us a blessed living hope. We should all be thankful and remember this great grace by doing more work and praising Him evermore. This arrangement brings a reminder to our despairing past, His great love turns all of us round to a joyous present because our Lord Jesus’ love has truly lifted us. Amen

Hallelujah, Praise the Lord! Two new arrangements completed for this month – Hymn 282 “To the Work” for Trumpet Solo and hymn 171 “The Church Has One Foundation” for Piano Six Hands. May the Lord continue to guide, more work can be done and many more fingers can sing praises to our Almighty God.

Hallelujah, Praise the Lord! Complete the first instrumental piece for trumpet and piano. The sound of the trumpet calls us “To the Work” for hymn 282 has an uplifting melody. The feeling of dotted rhythm creates the urge, eager and excitement to go and do the mighty work of our Lord Jesus. Let all of us have faith, hope and love to labour till the Master comes. Amen.
